Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are ecstatic with all of your purchases from Wardrobe Wilderness, however, we do understand that there can be good reason for a return and would like to get your feedback. 

 

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If 20 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale Items

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but maybe exchanged providing you are within the stipulated timeframe.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

Any Pop-Up Shop Purchases | One-off Design Pieces | Vintage Pieces | All Jewellery | Swimwear | Bodysuits  | Tights

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require that you email us at wardrobewilderness@gmail.com within 3 days of your items being delivered. If we do not receive an email before your return is sent, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a defected item. We strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items lies with the customer.

Exchanges

Will will only offer an exchange for the same item in different size, if available. Please email wardrobewilderness@gmail.com within 3 days of your item/s being delivered to request your replacement exchange and confirm the return of your item/s.

If you wish to exchange your unwanted item for another product, then you will need to return your original item for a refund and simply place a new order.

Defected Items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise, however, in the event that your item is subject to a manufacturing fault, we require that you send us an email at wardrobewilderness@gmail.com within 3 days of your delivery date to advise of the fault.

Once received, if the fault is approved, your item will be replaced with the same item [subject to availability] and we will also refund you the cost of your return.

Refunds [if applicable]

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
