Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wardrobe Wilderness.

Please be reminded that where possible, measurements are provided to give you the confidence to complete a satisfactory purchase, however, I understand your item may not be the perfect fit.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, you are required to email wardrobewilderness@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items. You will then be sent the Returns postal address.

The following items are strictly exempt from being returned:

FINAL SALE ITEMS

There is a strict no return/refund on Final Sale items.

Event & Pop-up Shop purchases are also considered Final Sale.

DEFECTED ITEMS

Please note in the case of items described as Preloved or Vintage, due to the previous lives of these products there may be small signs of imperfections, specified in the item description.

However, in the event that your item is subject to a non disclosed defect we require that you send us an email at wardrobewilderness@gmail.com within 3 days of your delivery date to advise of the fault with accompanying photos.

Once received, if the fault is approved, you will be sent the Returns address to proceed with your refund and will be refunded for your item, the cost of your original postage, as well as, the return postage cost.

REFUNDS

You are responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a defected item.

It is strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items is with the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you the receipt and confirmation of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
